KpopFanChant is a fan-driven digital platform designed to make K-pop fan chants more accessible, learnable, and shareable. Inspired by the energy of live concerts and classic fan culture, the project blends language learning, fandom participation, and digital storytelling into a single experience.

I created and lead the project by:

• Defining the platform vision, brand identity, and audience

• Designing the chant card format and content structure

• Developing guidelines for accurate lyrics and romanization

• Writing foundational copy and UX messaging

• Planning future features such as user accounts, favorites, and submissions

• Building the project as a scalable fan community, not just a static site

Fan chants are a core part of K-pop culture, but they are often:

• Scattered across unreliable sources

• Difficult for new fans or concertgoers to learn

• Inconsistent in formatting, romanization, or accuracy

There is no centralized, accessible platform built specifically to help fans learn, practice, and participate confidently at concerts.

KpopFanChant is designed as a fan-first learning and participation platform, allowing users to:

• View official and commonly accepted fan chants

• Learn chants with Hangul, romanization, and structure

• Use visual chant cards inspired by 90s pop and teen magazine aesthetics

• Prepare for concerts with clear, easy-to-follow layouts

• Save favorites and engage with chants across artists and eras

The platform prioritizes accuracy, accessibility, and community trust, while keeping the experience fun and visually engaging.
